Nate Clements, MD
Dr. Clements completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he was awarded Most Outstanding Resident and served as chief resident.
A native of St. George, Dr. Clements was introduced to pain medicine in high school by Dr. Dale Stout and worked as a medical assistant at Desert Pain Specialists under Drs. Empey and Wells before attending medical school at the University of Utah.
Dr. Clements emphasizes pain medicine as a rapidly progressing field and aims to bring the newest interventional treatments to the St. George community where he grew up.
